Salary: $54,484.00 to $75,216.00 (Per Collective Bargaining Agreement)

- This position is a shift position and the work hours are 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
- Plumbing or HVAC experience preferred.
- Experience as craftsperson.
- Knowledge in the basic skills generally required for a craftsperson qualified in one or more of the following areas: automotive maintenance, carpentry, electricity, heating and air conditioning, commercial wall preparation and painting, plumbing, and equipment repair.
- Valid New Jersey driver's license.
- Such alternative or additional qualifications as the Board of Education may deem appropriate.
The Maintenance Person is directly responsible to the Manager of Buildings and Grounds.
Job GoalThe Maintenance Person performs a variety of general and specialized activities associated with maintaining, installing, repairing, building and remodeling district equipment, buildings and structures.
