HVAC Service Technician – Commercial

Locations: Ashburn, VA | Beltsville, MD | Sparks, MD

Schedule: Full-Time | Non-Exempt (OT eligible)

A well-established commercial services organization is actively hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians to support commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including critical facilities and data center environments.

Quick Highlights

• $40–$60/hr (potentially higher depending on certifications and license)
• Targeting 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Commercial / industrial equipment and controls
• Data center experience strongly preferred
• Journeyman’s or Master’s HVAC License preferred
• CFC License preferred
• Long-term, stable work supporting mission-critical facilities

What You’ll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
• Install and adjust thermostats and controls
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation
