Maintenance Mechanic Leader

This position is located in the House Office Buildings, Asst. Superintendent Facility Operations Division, Mechanical Systems Branch, Mechanical Systems Section. The incumbent assists the supervisor by leading subordinate staff including Air Conditioning Equipment Mechanics, Pipe fitters, and Maintenance Workers and Helpers.

You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position: The ability to supervise a diverse workforce of skilled workers in mechanical trade occupations specifically,overseeing operations, maintenance and repair of mechanical, plumbing, utility, HVAC, hydronic heating, steam generating equipment and building automation systems.
