Audio Visual Foreman

Vision Technologies is seeking a skilled Audio Visual Installation Foreman to oversee and execute state-of-the-art installations. Your expertise will bring to life audiovisual projects through meticulous installation and exceptional leadership.

• Lead installations with precision, from cable pulling and connector installations to mounting and metal fabrication, ensuring each project s success.
• Translate electronic schematics and architectural blueprints into reality, crafting immersive audiovisual environments.
• Empower your team through mentorship, guiding Technicians and Lead Technicians in the fine art of AV installation.
• Serve as a pivotal liaison to clients, ensuring their vision is realized and expectations exceeded.
• Manage project documentation and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety on every job site.

• Minimum of 4 years of audiovisual installation experience (preferred)
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Preferred External Training:
  Info Comm Quick Start to the audiovisual industry, Info Comm CTS, General Certification, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Course, Crestron Professional Installation Certification, Essentials of Crestron Programming, AMX Installer
• Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets Vision Technologies Driving Privileges standards

• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds, climb ladders up to 20 feet tall, and work in small spaces and on uneven surfaces. Base Salary Range - $80,000 - $110,000.

If the position is posted in multiple locations or is a remote position, the salary range may vary. Individual pay rates will, of course, vary depending on the skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, internal equity, and education of the applicant.
