Position:
Dozer Operator (Frac Assist) - Hundred, WV

Ten Mile is seeking a self-motivated Dozer Operator for frac assist in the Hundred, WV area. Operators can typically expect to earn $80,000-$90,000 annually and will receive a company vehicle and fuel card.

The position requires a 12-hour shift, with night shift and weekend availability. Work is year-round, regardless of weather conditions. Employees have the opportunity to pick up shifts during days off. Candidates must be capable of completing finish grade projects using GPS and working independently.

Equipment Operation Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, rollers, skid steers, rock trucks, graders, and skidders for site reclamation, road work, and pipeline right-of-way projects.

Position Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
• Maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT compliance.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and nights as needed.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including PPE usage and equipment inspections.
• Maintain a professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Work effectively in all weather conditions and in a team environment.
• Perform general labor duties and other tasks as assigned.

Work Environment:

This role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions, with moderate to high noise levels from machinery.
