Maintenance Mechanic

Complete Building Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to assist the Chief Engineer at a large facility in NW Washington. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial building knowledge. A typical day involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment such as cooling towers, pumps, hot water heaters, sprinklers, generators, and AC units, along with other assigned tasks.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

• Perform scheduled preventative and general maintenance
• Conduct daily building and equipment inspections
• Assist the Chief Engineer as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Salary: $27.00 per hour

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on various equipment
• Dependable and reliable
• NAPE classes or equivalent preferred
