Operations Support Associate

Overview

Associated Storage Solutions is looking for energetic Event Staff members. We provide baggage storage for concert, sporting, and special events. Members will assist patrons in the safe and efficient storage of items in our portable units, just outside of popular venues in the metropolitan Nashville area. These positions are part-time, and dependent on scheduled events throughout the year. Hours and days will vary, to include weekends and evenings.

• Assist patrons in the safe and efficient storage of items in portable units outside venues in the Nashville metropolitan area.
• Report to the event on time and stay for the duration of the event, or as directed by the Event Supervisor.
• Provide courteous, customer-service oriented support and maintain professional conduct during events.

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Provide own transportation
• Able to sit, stand, lift, walk, as needed for duration of event
• Authorized to work in the US

Typically, the Event Staff is required to report one (1) hour before the start of an event and stay one (1) hour past the conclusion of an event, or whenever released by the Event Supervisor. This is a customer service-oriented position, requiring good communication skills and tact. It can be a fast-paced, fun environment for the right individuals.
