Position Title: Personnel Security Specialist
Dynamis is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist to provide support for personnel security operations performing clearance processing activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The Specialist will perform general personnel security case management, assemble personnel security case files, and recommend cases for final adjudication.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of personnel security processes and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Coordinate and review background investigations, clearance actions, and continuous evaluation activities.
- Perform general personnel security case management, assemble personnel security case files, and recommend cases for final adjudication.
- Review and approve clearance actions, investigations, and related documentation.
- Manage end‑to‑end clearance lifecycle activities (initials, reinvestigations, upgrades, reciprocity, separations).
- Ensure compliance with federal and DoD personnel security policies.
- Utilize and enter data into government security systems.
- Track metrics and support audits, inspections, and government reviews.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Four (4) years of personnel security experience.
- Ability to successfully complete a DHS Public Trust background check.
Preferred:
- Experience performing general personnel security case management, assembling personnel security case files, and recommending cases for final adjudication.
- Knowledge of federal personnel security regulations and processes.
- Experience with government clearance systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
