Support the analytical needs of client engagements. Work directly with the manager and the EIS team to produce analysis addressing client‑specific requirements. In coordination with Embedded Intelligence Services leads, guide the tracking and response to Crisis
24 alerts and world events, assist or collaborate with relevant parties on the production of analytical assessments, and proactively leverage existing Crisis
24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capabilities, and data. Assist in the production of specific briefings or presentations; assist in managing emergency incidents using judgment and skills in accordance with accepted incident‑management best practices, client policies, and procedures. Shift work required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Work Experience0 to 3 years of experience in intelligence gathering, analysis, alerting, threat assessment, incident response or a related field.
Skills & Competencies• Ability to take initiative and multi‑task under pressure.
• Effective problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; accurate typing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps.
• Strong customer‑service skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to communicate across varying professional levels.
Foreign travel and experience preferred.
Additional Requirements- Flexible hours and work days are required to meet Crisis
24 core 24/7 mission. - Must be available to travel to client locations as needed.
- Candidates will be asked to pass a background check as well as writing and technology aptitude screenings as a condition of employment.
Adhere to applicable information security procedures and policies as updated from time to time on the ISMS. Report any information security incidents or potential threats to the Information Security Officer and take a proactive approach to information security.
