These positions require strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor to support a reception‑style lobby post.

We are seeking permanent full‑time officers with flexibility to cover other shifts, days, and times, as well as weekday and weekend schedules.

Starting Pay Rate: $26.00/hour –
Paid weekly

• High‑rise lobby / reception‑style environment
• Access control and visitor management responsibilities
• Monitor building systems and security equipment
• Provide high level of customer service
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports

• Active DC Security License (or supporting renewal documentation)
• 2–3+ years of security experience (high‑rise or corporate setting preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
• Experience with CPU / Access Control Systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• FT – Monday‑Friday – 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (40 HPW)
• FT – Monday‑Friday – 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 HPW)
