Overview
Our client is an emerging real estate investment company that acquires, manages, and sells residential properties nationwide. We combine data-driven analysis with disciplined due diligence to identify strong buy opportunities for long-term holds and fix-and-flip projects.
As an SDR you are a sales professional responsible for purchasing homes directly from homeowners. You will qualify seller leads, evaluate basic deal fit, present offers, negotiate terms, and secure signed purchase agreements—then hand off to operations for closing.
Responsibilities- Speak with homeowner leads, build rapport, and qualify motivation, timeline, condition, and price expectations.
- Run simple underwriting using company tools (comps, repair ranges, exit strategy) to determine offer range.
- Present offers, handle objections, and negotiate to reach signed purchase agreements.
- Keep accurate notes and deal stages in the CRM and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Coordinate next steps with internal teams (title/closing) once under contract.
- 2+ years of sales experience; real estate acquisitions/wholesaling preferred.
- Strong phone presence, negotiation skills, and comfort discussing price and terms.
- Organized, KPI-driven, and consistent with CRM usage.
Base salary + performance commission (per contract/close). Benefits and incentives based on experience and role scope.
