, setting the tone for success while helping more communities go 100% renewable.

• Canvass neighborhoods daily — talk to homeowners, and spark interest in renewable energy.
• Coach your team, train new sales reps, share best practices, and build a competitive culture.
• Drive results, set targets, strategize, and execute campaigns with the management team.
• Represent with integrity, educate customers accurately, follow compliance, and build trust.
• Stay knowledgeable — keep up on renewable trends, sales strategy, and company updates.

• Earn $67K - $88.4K+ OTE (base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses)

• Proven experience in sales leadership, canvassing, or direct sales
• Solar or renewable energy background a plus
• Confident communicator who can train, motivate, and close deals
• Organized self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Full-time availability Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• 18+ High school diploma or equivalent
