Customer Onboarding Specialist

Overview

Join Goodshuffle Pro as a Customer Onboarding Specialist. Help new customers set up accounts, receive training, and adopt features. Work closely with Sales to create seamless handoffs.

• Manage end-to-end onboarding from sales handover to training and setup.
• Support customers via online chat, responding to questions and solving issues.
• Deliver tailored training sessions to meet customers’ needs and goals.
• Create scalable educational content: help articles, email campaigns, webinars, and templates.
• Continuously educate customers on product value and promote adoption of new features.
• Collaborate with Sales to nurture relationships and grow account retention.

• 2+ years experience in client success, customer service, implementation/delivery, or account management.
• Customer-obsessed with strong desire to see clients succeed.
• Quick and thorough learner of new technology.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience and skill in communicating technical concepts to non-technical people.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and people skills.
• Persuasive and positive reframing of situations.
• Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Well-organized, high attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and time manage.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in events, sales, enablement, or teaching.
• Experience owning or working with small or medium sized business (SMBs).
• Experience with Hub Spot, Intercom, Asana, Google Suite, Fullstory, Mixpanel, Product Board.
