OverviewJoin Siemens Healthineers in a field-based role focused on selling Diagnostic Imaging products into hospitals, imaging centers, and related settings. This position serves as the primary contact for customers as they evaluate acquisition of Siemens Medical Solutions products and services. This role is ideal for a competitive individual who thrives in a team-selling environment and is motivated by strong income potential.
Responsibilities- Achieve business objectives for the assigned territory (e.g., penetration of accounts with product/solution/service offerings).
- Generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, plan customer meetings, and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans to achieve business goals and budgets.
- Develop, build, and cultivate long-term relationships with key management within the customer organization.
- Communicate current market intelligence to decision makers within each account.
- Assist management in devising sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
- Lead territory team reviews and updates of account plans based on market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.
- BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3+ years capital equipment sales experience to hospitals/imaging centers (Angiography) or equivalent clinical/technical experience.
- Experience carrying large quotas and managing long sales cycles; proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Experience with quotas, forecasting; ability to travel approx. 75% and maintain a clean driving record.
- Specific experience selling diagnostic imaging equipment (Angiography).
- 5+ years in sales, healthcare field preferred.
- Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, etc.
The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $121,200 annually; base pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is $115,000.
