Responsibilities- Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual Oncologists.
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in your geography.
- Effectively prospect, cultivate new business, and maintain key relationships with oncologists and the extended cancer care community.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated successful sales track record (e.g., Presidents club, Chairman's club, Rookie of the Year, or consistent achievement above goal for multiple quarters/years).
- Experience selling to medical providers.
- Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical or surgical devices.
- Live within the defined territory and centrally located to defined accounts.
- Commitment to travel within defined territory.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to present to internal and external customers.
- Effective time management skills required, with demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
- Exceptionally bright, flexible, self‑motivated and results‑oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills and the ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically.
- Must act with urgency, focusing on closing business.
- Ability to assess the needs of medical professionals and staff members with focus on consultative sales, coordination of logistics, and problem solving.
- Strong desire to work in a startup environment and must work independently with internal drive to succeed.
- Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late‑stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
- Working alongside brilliant, kind, passionate and dedicated colleagues in an empowering environment toward a global vision.

For this position, we offer a total compensation range of $241,946 - $311,536 per year (at plan), including a base salary range of $168,346 - $184,186 per year. Commission potential is uncapped and can be significant.
