Real Estate Agent / Associate – Investment Sales (DC) – Matthews™

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ is a leading commercial real estate company. We are seeking a high‑energy, results‑driven Sales Associate to build long‑term relationships with investment property owners and generate revenue.

• Complete intensive training program and become an expert in commercial real estate analysis and brokerage.
• Relentlessly and proactively reach out to owners of commercial real estate and maintain detailed records of activity on Matthews proprietary CRM system.
• Utilize company’s industry‑leading tools, resources, and technology to win business and build relationships.
• Generate tremendous amounts of revenue in a team‑selling environment alongside a Regional Sales Manager and Senior Sales Associate.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related industry or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in sales preferred but not required.
• Competitive nature and strong understanding of effective prospecting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational competency to maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects.
• Strong grasp of mathematics and ability to complete financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate.
• Professional work ethic and integrity; coachable and independent work style.
• Industrious personality and insatiable appetite for success.
• Work closely with Sales Leaders and Mentors to curate an effective business plan.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
