- Call on the non-acute care government market including emergency management, EMS, medical examiner offices, prisons, and health departments
- Sell clinical and operational solutions to various decision-makers including owners and senior clinical officers
- Develop a strong knowledge base of the employer's extensive product catalog and value-added programs
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and engagement
- Prepare bids and negotiate contracts while taking ownership of territory growth
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of quota-based sales experience or at least 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Proven ability to effectively sell to different levels within a customer organization
- Demonstrated success in identifying, connecting with, and closing new business opportunities
- Experience in a commissioned sales position with a track record of sales growth and quota attainment
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in selling healthcare products or services, particularly in the government sector
- Strong understanding of complex sales strategies and approaches
- Previous experience in a fully commissioned sales environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple product lines effectively
- Ability to travel extensively and engage with healthcare providers on-site
