What to Expect
  • Call on the non-acute care government market including emergency management, EMS, medical examiner offices, prisons, and health departments
  • Sell clinical and operational solutions to various decision-makers including owners and senior clinical officers
  • Develop a strong knowledge base of the employer's extensive product catalog and value-added programs
  • Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and engagement
  • Prepare bids and negotiate contracts while taking ownership of territory growth
What is Required
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of quota-based sales experience or at least 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Proven ability to effectively sell to different levels within a customer organization
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, connecting with, and closing new business opportunities
  • Experience in a commissioned sales position with a track record of sales growth and quota attainment
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out
  • Experience in selling healthcare products or services, particularly in the government sector
  • Strong understanding of complex sales strategies and approaches
  • Previous experience in a fully commissioned sales environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple product lines effectively
  • Ability to travel extensively and engage with healthcare providers on-site
