Technology Sales Representative

Home Technology Sales Reps. are responsible for prospecting, presenting products and services to homeowners, builders, and small commercial owners. They sell to customers, grow their assigned market, ensure proper documentation for sales agreements and proposals, maintain existing customer engagement, and continuously communicate with management. They are responsible for meeting established quotas and sales performance targets.

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Prospect for new clients and establish mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to obtain referrals and develop new sales.
• Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client needs.
• Prepare documents according to company guidelines.
• Close sales and offer exceptional customer service and follow‑up.
• Monitor job progress and demonstrate operation of the security system, including a final walk‑through with clients.

• High School or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year prospecting sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience.
• Sales ability/persuasiveness.
• Self‑starter.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Social media savvy to increase sales leads.
• Lead generation skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Rapport building.
• Team player.
• Enthusiastic.
• Ability to make an impact.
• Goal completion.

• Competitive compensation with incentive eligibility.
  Income potential for this position: $60K - $80K for the 1st year. After that, "The Sky is the Limit"!
