We’re scaling our business, and we’re seeking a Sales and Business Development Professional who will build the territory! This person will report to the Global Director Business Development and will develop a territory sales plan, responsible for eSentio’s customer acquisition and revenue generation within the Am Law
200 market.

Every member of the eSentio team is a professional and is expected to proactively manage their own work outcomes and quality, while collaborating across the organization.

At eSentio you’ll…

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth within the US Am Law
    200 legal market.
  • Prospect and cultivate new clients, and manage the pipeline and sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, while also focusing on client account management, retention, and up‑selling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the legal industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services to clients.
  • Accurately update and maintain the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to help develop sales strategies.

We need you to have…

  • 8+ years of experience selling technical professional services to large law firms and legal departments, ideally within the Am Law
    200 market.
  • An understanding of the business drivers of legal technology.
  • A strong background in successful due diligence and deal structuring.
  • Experience developing and successfully executing a sales territory plan.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working with senior leaders of organizations (CIO, CFO, Managing Partners etc.) both internally and externally.
  • An existing network of technology decision makers in the legal industry.
