As an Area or Territory Sales Manager
, you’ll take full ownership of your region — building strong relationships with physicians, med spas, and aesthetic clinics, while driving new business through consistent outreach, face-to-face meetings, and dynamic product demonstrations.
- Drive aggressive new business activity and consistently exceed sales goals.
- Make 30–50 outbound calls per day
, five days a week, to build pipeline and generate appointments. - Conduct frequent in-person meetings
, live demos, and practice development conversations. - Build long-term relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, OB-GYNs, dental providers, and aesthetic practitioners.
- Execute a full-cycle sales process with urgency —
capture excitement, educate, and close within short sales windows
. - Represent the brand at major industry trade shows, clinical training events, and customer education programs.
- Collaborate with a competitive, motivated sales team focused on winning and continuous improvement.
- NO tech sales experience and NO pharmaceutical backgrounds — this role requires a different type of hunter mentality and activity level.
- Experience in laser/aesthetic capital equipment competitors
, medical device capital equipment
, or high-activity B2B industries known for heavy outbound prospecting, such as payroll services, business services, field-based B2B sales, and similar organizations known for structured cold‑calling environments, including Stryker, ADP, Paychex, copier-focused sales teams, and Syntose - A strong track record of exceeding quotas in a grind-focused, activity-driven environment
. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- A natural ability to build excitement and urgency — influencing prospects to move quickly.
- A self-starting, resilient mindset with the discipline to maintain high daily activity
. - Willingness to travel up to 60% and maintain a demanding field schedule.
