Job Title: Sales Account Executive.

Department: Sales - Growth.

Reports to: Sales Manager.

Experience

Required:

At least 5 years of quota carrying sales experience in Enterprise Sales.

Salary Range: $90-$130K Base, OTE $180-$260K.

Supervisory/Training Responsibilities: This role does not supervise/manage others. This is an Individual Contributor role.

Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM ET.

Job Location: Remote in United States.

As a Sales Account Executive, your focus will be finding business opportunities and managing customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.

  • Effectively present products to prospective clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs to nurture and grow existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate across the company to respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction in order to maintain the company’s reputation.
