A leading global manufacturer of food service and food retail equipment is seeking a National Account Manager to manage and grow large, multi-million-dollar national accounts while identifying new business opportunities. This is a high-visibility role suited for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in relationship-driven, growth-focused environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow assigned national accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships that drive retention and growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by delivering value-driven, solution-based sales strategies
  • Identify market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities to exceed sales and profitability goals
  • Lead strategic business reviews and communicate performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product, service, and operations
  • Leverage CRM tools and data to manage pipeline activity and sales performance
  • Represent a broad portfolio of commercial food equipment solutions across customer organizations
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven success in sales and account management, ideally within food service, food equipment, or food retail
  • Experience managing large or national accounts with complex customer relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel approximately 3 days / 2 nights per week
  • Must be based in or near the Baltimore / Washington, DC area
