Description

You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to become a part of a fast-paced and challenging environment where our compassion and dedication drive us to meet the unique needs and goals of our clients.

You will:

  • Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing sales.
  • Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
  • Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.

Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of Business-to-business sales experience or early career with Internship experience and/or sales degree is highly preferred
  • Ability to learn, apply, & communicate products & disease states over time
  • Ability to travel overnight based on territory needs
Desired Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding sales results
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, leveraging data, tools, and applications to meet business objectives
Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $65k-72,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
