Our local MD/DC/VA team combines the strength of a national brand with a supportive, family-oriented culture. We work primarily in a business-to-business environment (Monday–Friday) to help companies enhance their employee benefit programs while maintaining a strong focus on work-life balance.

Role Responsibilities
  • Partner with CEOs, business owners, and HR managers to provide benefit solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities through leads, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and employee enrollments in person and virtually.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and claims support to policyholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and mentorship programs.
  • Networking and relationship building.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
