About The Job
Our Louis Vuitton DC City Center is seeking a highly motivated Expert Client Advisor for Women’s Ready-to-Wear with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our worldly clientele.
Job responsibilities
Our Expert Client Advisors are ambassadors to the brand with a special focus on a category, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. We strive to discover our clients and their every need, guide them across the brand, and deliver the best client experience while conveying passion for the product in every interaction.
Profile
Candidate must be passionate about the brand, possess exceptional category knowledge, and embody the DNA of Louis Vuitton. Requirements include a high level of storytelling, excellent interpersonal skills, sales leadership in the area of expertise, and consistently being the top seller in the category. Demonstrated experience encouraging positive relationships with clients and outstanding product knowledge in exotics, plus strong analytical and commercial abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Product expertise and ongoing training.
- Driving the Women’s Ready‑to‑Wear in‑store business.
- Product training & new launches.
- Client development and clienteling techniques.
- Serve as the “go‑to” person for selling and clienteling.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and partnership with manager.
- Communicate corporate strategy through briefings, trainings, and one‑on‑one coaching.
- Lead by example in managing personal client portfolio.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate within $25‑33 plus commission. Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, short‑ and long‑term disability, paid time off, employee discount/perks, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
