Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of data storage solutions to Federal Civilian customers in the designated territory
  • Evangelize the company's enterprise storage technology to ensure customers understand its value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized storage solutions for customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in Federal Civilian sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of the Federal Civilian procurement process, including RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience focused on new customer acquisition or business development
  • Expertise in leading complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Federal system integrators
  • Ability to navigate between high-level decision-makers and technical experts
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas and driving referenceable business
  • Passion for post-sales customer success and delivering business results
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools to manage sales metrics
