Sales Representative, Business Development, Sales Development Rep/SDR
SUMMARY
In this role, you will report to the Regional Director FSI. You will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on our customers’ business needs. Our priority is building a secure infrastructure for their cloud environments. We do that by learning their business. We ask questions. We listen. We help educate.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to state, local and education
- Demonstrate ability to position and advise to CISO-level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights;
Continue to listen, build, and grow executive relationships with customers - Develop and close business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, in a way that reflects Wiz values
- Align with Wiz partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity
- Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
- Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives
- Minimum 7 years selling SaaS/Security solutions to FSI
- Process and detail-oriented. Do well at updating your SFDC accounts
- Good standing relationships with previous sales operation teams
- Ability to provide consulting and professional advice
- Experience in FSI sales and selling to C-level executives
- Adaptability:
You listen to the customer and adjust based on their needs - Ability to pivot in a meeting vs. sticking to a script
- Team player mentality:
Selling is a team sport - Ability to hit target year after year

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
US Base Pay Range $155,000 — $155,000 USD
