What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Identify the best engagement channels with customers, primarily through virtual interactions
• Prospect new customers, validate their needs, and assist in setting up product demonstrations
• Manage relationships focusing on new client acquisition and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
• Utilize Salesforce for reporting and tracking key performance indicators related to sales
• Gather client and market intelligence to understand customer needs within the legal profession
What is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience; JD preferred
• Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Salesforce is desired

• High level of competency with internet and database management skills
