Principal Account Executive (No. 766) – Protegrity seeks an experienced sales leader to drive adoption of our quantum‑resistant data protection platform across cloud‑native, hybrid, on‑premises and open source environments.

As a Principal Account Executive you will lead a defined territory of large enterprise customers, develop a go‑to‑market plan, collaborate with BDRs, partners and internal product specialists, and extend Protegrity’s footprint by guiding customers to realize their data security and privacy objectives.
Responsibilities- Create a territory plan and drive new logo growth within that territory.
- Drive the highest level of client satisfaction, while focusing on retention, renewals and growth.
- Achieve assigned quotas in accordance with company goals, strategy, standards and policies.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to drive successful adoption of our platform.
- Develop and execute individual account plans that maximize revenue, margin, market share and relationship depth.
- Partner with Marketing to develop account‑based marketing strategies and publish client success stories.
- Partner with the Customer Success Organization to ensure the success of the customer.
- Manage one very large or multiple enterprise accounts. All other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years in client‑facing enterprise strategic sales with demonstrated revenue growth.
- Experience driving successful onboarding, expansion and renewal of existing customers.
- Proven negotiation and presentation skills at the C‑suite level.
- Strong time management, organization and deadline discipline.
- Ability to build and foster professional relationships with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience working directly with partner ecosystem (AWS, Microsoft, Accenture, etc.).
- Experience with cloud technologies and Generative AI concepts.

We offer a competitive salary of $310 K–$365 K and comprehensive benefits with generous vacation and holiday time off. All employees are provided access to ongoing learning & development.
