Universal Energy Solutions is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Columbia, MD team as an Entry Level Sales Representative. As an entry-level sales professional, you will promote and sell our innovative energy products to prospective customers, bringing your enthusiasm to a sustainable future.

Base pay range
: $70,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr.
One‑time earning potential (OTE): $45,000 – $65,000 plus commission.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales methods.
• Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of our energy solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute positively to team performance.

• Strong interest in sales and experience or desire to work in a direct sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to achieve goals.
• Understanding of sales processes is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
