Main Responsibilities- Oversee implementation of Division Bakery Merchandising programs.
- Manage pricing, display, ordering, and inventory control within the Department.
- Ensure overall presentation, cleanliness, and profitability while delivering superior customer service.
- Achieve Superior Service goals for the Department.
- Supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and assigning duties.
- Implement all merchandising programs and maintain standards of presentation and operations, including sanitation, inventory control, rotation, quality, ordering, variety standards, seasonal schematic, and signage.
- Maintain 100% compliance on advertised item display and monitor variety standards.
- Perform required paperwork as set by the Division and other related duties as assigned by management.
- Drive sales and profitability of the Department.
- High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work history demonstrating ability to perform essential functions.
- Highly motivated and team‑oriented.
- Minimum of one year experience as a Baker.
- Strong leadership ability and customer‑service focus.

Pay TransparencyStarting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Benefits include healthcare, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility) depending on length of service, hours worked, and bargaining agreements.
