Sales Associate, Part-Time - Georgetown, DC

Reporting to the Store Manager, essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement.
• Contribute to an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
• Deliver a culture of excellent client experience with a customer-first mindset to build long-term client relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying brand values, educating customers on sustainability, and sharing the Reformation story.
• Maintain feedback and scoring on service evaluations (e.g., NPS).
• Ensure inventory accuracy and implement store controls.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business.
• Uphold time and attendance policy.
• Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards at all times.
• Share knowledge about products with genuine enthusiasm.
• Provide product feedback from customers to improve products and merchandising.
• Help maintain an inspiring store environment with accessible product.
• Reflect Reformation core values and culture in all efforts.
• Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.

• Experience with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Self-motivation and drive to take on new challenges and advance your career.

The wage for this position is $XX per hour.

• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including weekends
• Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays if required to meet business needs)
