On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment (T3328) s is an On-Demand Team Member role with flexible scheduling. You can work as much or as little as you like as shifts are posted by store leaders or team members and scheduled via the myTime mobile app. Attendance and responsiveness to shift postings are essential. Starting hourly rate and pay range: $18.50 per hour, with a pay range of $18.50 - $27.75 per hour.

As an On-Demand TM, you are not included on the posted weekly schedule but can pick up shifts to fit your schedule. You should be prepared to attend a Target Welcome orientation and a short-term training schedule if offered a position. After training, you will use the myTime app to pick shifts.

• Create a welcoming experience for guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with their needs.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide exceptional service.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Assist with stocking, cashiering, price accuracy, and stock management to keep the sales floor ready.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while ensuring compliance with laws and store policies.
• Complete inbound deliveries, backroom audits, and inventory-related tasks with accuracy.
• Operate power equipment only if certified; maintain backroom organization and safety practices.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and respond to hazards as needed.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
• Respond to shift opportunities within five months to avoid administrative termination.
