Job SummaryThe Regional Cafe Manager is a strategic, multi‑unit retail leader responsible for overseeing daily operations of hospital cafés across a regional healthcare system. This role drives revenue growth, profitability, and P&L performance while strengthening the Branches retail brand. The Director partners with hospital clients, leads large‑volume retail accounts, ensures operational excellence, and promotes associate engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities- Support multi‑unit food retail operations
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and P&L performance
- Develop and execute retail strategy and merchandising plans
- Operate within approved budgets and control expenses
- Build and maintain strong client, patient, and customer relationships
- Lead, train, and develop retail management and frontline teams
- Ensure high standards of customer service and brand consistency
- Support sector initiatives and special projects
- Travel locally between accounts as needed
- Associate’s Degree required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred - 7+ years café/restaurant experience
- Multi‑unit retail management experience required
- Merchandising experience required
- Experience managing large‑volume restaurant accounts
- Knowledge of retail trends and performance metrics
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate in a complex healthcare client environment
- Must reside in Florida (I-4 corridor preferred)
- 80% travel – good mix of day and overnight
