About The Job

The Midwest and Mid‑Atlantic region is seeking a Regional Client Relations Manager for the DC Metro Market. This individual’s main objective is to inspire and develop a high‑end mindset within store management, selling, and the wider regional community. As the metro Client Relations Manager, you will co‑create the region’s high‑end strategy for each category, tailoring the approach by store. Your primary functions include proposing results‑oriented actions to achieve high‑end objectives.

As a high‑end leader and role model, you will partner with the Store and Client Relations and Development Teams, PCA’s, and VIC Ambassadors to create innovative and impactful action plans to grow and develop our existing clients. With strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships, you will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with the Louis Vuitton promise, further driving loyalty to the brand and positioning within the luxury marketplace.

The appointed candidate will receive a salary within the range of USD $120,000—$135,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short‑ and long‑term disability, various paid time‑off programs, employee discount/perks, and two retirement plans with employer contributions. This position requires an on‑site schedule within the DC metro market.

Business Driver
  • Partner with regional teams in creating, driving, and delivering sales targets across all high‑end product categories while ensuring an elevated client experience at all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Store Leaders and Client Relations & Development teams on high‑end client retention and development strategies while identifying and recruiting new high‑potential prospects.
  • Monitor progress of business goals per high‑end category and identify action plans with the local RVP, store leadership to maximize business opportunities.
  • In partnership with the Store Managers and the wider regional team, help create occasions to bring top clients to the boutiques and events to further drive potential sales and/or increase brand loyalty.
  • Create a sustainable personal network of high‑net‑worth clients for the business.
  • Strive to meet and exceed all regional and store high‑end targets in collaboration with store, regional & zone partners.
  • Continuously identify development and learning opportunities for the team and work in partnership with the Retail Learning team to create impactful learning moments.
  • Proactively look outside the business to alternative sectors for opportunities to grow the stores network of VIC clients and identify best practices from across the luxury industry.
  • Provide recap and follow‑up with management following market visits and ensure all feedback is actioned in a timely and effective manner.
In‑store Animation
  • Maintain consistent in‑store presence to ensure high‑end mindset, product launches, and initiatives are prioritized and executed consistently across all stores.
  • Organize metro kick‑offs, store meetings, and create/host briefs for high‑end topics.
Louis Vuitton Ambassador
  • Develop our top VICs and provide private client services through in‑person/virtual appointment‑based selling, wardrobe management, and experiences, continuously delivering above their expectations.
  • Assist in creating personalized look books and support conversations.
  • Develop relationships and communicate regularly with VICs as an ambassador for the brand.
