Job Details

Job Title:

Manager, Retail Partnerships.

Department:
Partnerships.

Reports to:

EVP, Partnerships.

Experience

Required:

At least 5 years of relationship‑building experience in a Retail Partnership environment.

Salary Range: $80‑$95K Base, OTE $160‑$190K.

Supervisory/Training Responsibilities:
This role does not supervise/manage others. This is an Individual Contributor role.

Schedule:

8:00AM – 5:00PM ET.

Remote in United States.

Job Overview

Smart Commerce helps the world’s largest brands put products in carts directly from any media experience. One of the key things that sets Smart Commerce apart is our deep integrated retail network that lets us add products to cart in one‑click, understand when products are out of stock and substitute products so brands never lose a sale. As the retail landscape continues to evolve we are seeking a Manager of Retail Partnerships to deepen our existing retail relationships, open up new retail channels across the globe and connect to our retailer affiliate networks to drive sales commissions and sales data acquisition.

Success in this role directly contributes to company revenue growth and long‑term partner engagement.
