About The Retail Sales Associate Position
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships. You’ll assist customers in finding what they love, offer styling advice, and ensure our store maintains a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment.
We’re looking for enthusiastic team players with great communication skills who enjoy working with people and have an eye for style. If you have a positive attitude and a knack for solving customer concerns quickly and professionally, this role is for you.
Your success will help drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling support
- Maintain fitting rooms, assist at the register, and manage cash wrap operations
- Provide information about current promotions and store policies
- Communicate our consignment agreement to potential consignors
- Check customer and consignor accounts, apply store credits, and maintain strong relationships
- Help monitor and maintain inventory organization and presentation
- Energetic, friendly, and customer-focused personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in or knowledge of current fashion trends
- Reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Monday–Friday: 12 PM – 8 PM
- Saturday: 11 AM – 8 PM
- Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM
