Daily Provisions is part of Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG), offering an all-day neighborhood cafe experience with restaurant roots and a growing collection of locations. USHG was founded by Danny Meyer and includes a portfolio of restaurants, cafés, and bars known for hospitality and high-quality food and beverage programs.
Born in 2017 from the kitchen of Danny Meyer’s Union Square Cafe, Daily Provisions emphasizes familiar, elevated classics, including signature crullers, all-day breakfast sandwiches, and chef-driven items across meals. Daily Provisions has expanded to multiple locations across New York, New Jersey, Boston, and Washington, D.C.
What you’ll do- Lead with a culture of Enlightened Hospitality for guests, team members, and other stakeholders to support business objectives and growth
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of beverage and kitchen stations
- Champion Enlightened Hospitality for in-store and digital orders to create memorable guest experiences
- Maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy, ensuring staff understand relevant CGS and the cycle of service
- Provide ongoing support to all FOH and BOH staff and participate in the cycle of service as needed
- Ensure HR practices and policies are followed, with accountability for standards and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Ensure payroll processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with business and accounting procedures
- Maintain DOL/Health Department compliance relevant to operations
- Provide feedback and guidance with excellence and hospitality in mind, fostering growth opportunities for team members
- Actively seek internal and external opportunities to build the team
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and operational success
- 2+ years of management experience in a similar environment
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in a hospitality-related field, or equivalent on-the-job experience (preferred, not required)
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate holder
- English fluency;

The above represents the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, pay will reflect experience and other job-related factors.
