Responsible for the supervision, training, and management of the food service operation. Ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served.

COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00. This is Aramark’s good faith estimate of the compensation as of the posting date.

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production records.
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe and organized storage of food items.
• Maintain serving schedules and ensure proper service per menu specifications.
• Follow health and safety codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate weekly inventory.
• Prepare orders as needed to ensure proper production levels.
• Operate cost-effective programs.
• Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote teamwork and morale.

• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions.
• Complete a sanitation course within the first year as a lead.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.

Minimum

Education/Certification:

High School Diploma/GED

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
