Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone for the shift, provide feedback and coach team members when needed, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. They ensure the quality of our food and beverages, and maintain a safe, clean store environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m. depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations

Hourly Rate: $14.57 – $21.86 per hour

The physical demands for this position are sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accommodated.
