• Clearing dirty tables.
• Resetting tables.
• Sweeping the floor.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Stocking ice/products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• In some Cafes: removing ketchups; refilling guests’ drinks and setting up bar pre-mixes.

Experience, Education, Certifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Skills

• Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
• High level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense of urgency.
• Positive and friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers.

• Ability to move throughout the premises during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.
• Sitting for extended periods.
• Repetitive movements of arms, hands, and wrists.
• Expressing or exchanging ideas verbally and perceiving sound.
• Manual dexterity and ability to work with hands above shoulders.
• Occasionally lifting, pushing, pulling objects up to 10 pounds.
• Turning or twisting body parts in a circular motion.
• Tolerance to heat, cold, chemicals, and noisy environments.
• Travel via auto or airplane for long periods.

• Maintaining a well-groomed appearance and following uniform guidelines.
• Practicing safety & sanitation standards.
• Recycling products where possible.

• This role may involve cross-training as Server Assistant during busy periods.
