A Bartender is responsible for anticipating the needs of both our guests and team members, ensuring they have everything required for a complete and seamless experience. As an ambassador for the hotel and an extension of the community, the Bartender not only prepares and serves beverages but also serves as a guide offering recommendations, sharing knowledge, and creating meaningful interactions.

Every guest should be welcomed and acknowledged in a manner that reflects our culture of best‑in‑class service. Bartenders are expected to uphold our standards at all times, ensuring consistency, warmth, and professionalism. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to navigate and resolve conflict, and a thorough understanding of LINE policies, procedures, and expectations.
