Café Manager

Full-Time Management Position, Reporting to the Regional General Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day management of Café operations at our existing and future locations in NOVA and DC. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Complaint Resolution, Cleanliness, Sanitation Standards, Safety, Staff Training, Scheduling, Supervising, Cost Control, Maintaining and monitoring inventory.

• Support the efficient day-to-day management of Café operations at existing and future locations in NOVA and DC.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction and handle Complaint Resolution.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Sanitation Standards; ensure Safety compliance.
• Manage Staff Training, Scheduling, and Supervising.
• Control costs and monitor inventory.

• Positive, thoughtful and approachable
• Solid organization, planning, and time management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Drop Box, and the Google Drive Suite
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Minimum of five years working as a Café or Restaurant Manager
• Food Safe Manager Certification
