The Opportunity

Four Seasons Washington D.C. is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. The Chef de Partie will support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in the day‑to‑day operation of the Restaurant and Banquet Kitchen. Responsibilities include overseeing all kitchen operations, training staff, ensuring quality controls and food safety, and supervising all kitchen personnel to maintain the highest standards of food quality.

Ideal candidates will have at least four years of experience in a high‑volume kitchen and be available for irregular hours, weekends, and evenings.

Visa Requirements

Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States. Applicants without valid work authorization will not be considered. Unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L‑1 visa sponsorship.
