About the Opportunity

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical Senior Quantitative Researcher to join our firm’s research and targeting team. The Senior Quantitative Researcher will also work with clients to identify and prioritize electoral targets based on the latest polling data, demographic trends, and strategic intelligence.

- Develop, update, and maintain electoral targeting lists.
- Prioritize electoral targets using the latest polling, field data, and other strategic intelligence to support campaign decision-making.
- Collaborate with external data science teams to ensure data quality and model accuracy.
- Audit model outputs—e.g., verifying confidence levels, statistical assumptions, or error rates—and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and maintain measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of client work across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
- Present insights and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
- 5-10 years of experience in quantitative research, data analysis, or political analytics.
- Strong command of statistical software and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Familiarity with survey methodology, sampling, and data weighting.
- Demonstrated experience in processing large, diverse datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
- Experience with electoral data and knowledge of U.S. political systems.
- Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and confidence interval evaluation.
- Experience with hierarchical linear modelling, multivariate analysis, and principal component analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Track record of working with external clients
- Health, dental, and vision coverage.
- Opportunities for travel.
- Mission-driven, high-trust work environment with meaningful responsibility.
