Pay: $31–35/hour (depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET; 40 hours per week;
Hybrid schedule with two days onsite per week

About Our ClientAddison Group is hiring a Research Evaluation Consultant on behalf of our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on improving outcomes for older adults nationwide. This role will support the Research & Evaluation function during a planned medical leave.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the design, setup, and execution of surveys and evaluation activities
- Clean, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative datasets
- Review focus group notes, interview transcripts, and open-ended responses to identify themes and insights
- Respond to internal data and reporting requests with clear and well-organized outputs
- Develop reports, tables, charts, and basic data visualizations for internal and external audiences
- Support program teams with research guidance and technical assistance as needed
- Contribute to materials used for funder reporting, presentations, and external communications
- Manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as public health, social science, economics, political science, or data science
- Master’s degree preferred
- At least three years of professional experience in research, evaluation, or data analysis
- Recent hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting in a professional setting
- Experience designing or supporting surveys and qualitative research activities
- Proficiency with analytical or statistical tools such as Excel, Tableau, R, SPSS, Stata, or Python
- Familiarity with qualitative analysis software such as NVivo or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data for non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple projects
