This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Associate position located in Washington DC metro area. The Leasing Associate will be responsible for managing leasing activities, maintaining strong tenant relationships, ensuring tenant satisfaction through excellent customer service, and supporting the leasing team with daily operations. Key responsibilities include generating lease prospects, fostering communication with potential tenants and clients, and assisting with lease negotiations to meet the company's leasing objectives.
Qualifications- Experience in Commercial Leasing a plus
