This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Advisor based in Washington, DC. The role involves engaging with clients to identify their commercial real estate needs, facilitating property sales and acquisitions, and managing real estate investment transactions. Responsibilities include providing expert market analysis, maintaining professional relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to help clients in achieving their business objectives.

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate-related transactions
• Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and ability to meet defined revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Motivation to thrive in a results-oriented environment with attention to detail
• Familiarity with the Washington, DC real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
