Cozen O’Connor is looking for a commercial Real Estate Attorney with 6-10 years of transactional experience to join our growing Real Estate group in Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities- Assist with the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and sale of real estate.
- Work with developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders in these transactions.
- Experience negotiating real estate joint venture transactions is preferred.
- 6-10 years of transactional commercial real estate experience.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent academic credentials; ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Candidates must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the D.C. Bar.
