Quality Manager

Talint's client is a growing and respected provider of safety and quality management consulting and services in the construction industry to both government and commercial clients.

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Management or related fie
• Minimum 10 years of quality management experience in a construction environment with a minimum of 5 years of performing QA/QC Auditi
• American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification as a CQA or has been trained as an ISO 9001 Lead Audit
• Experienced in establishing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems, and performing compliance audits in the construction, transportation and/or transit indust
• Familiarity with Federal Transit Agency's (FTA) Quality require men
• Excellent written and verbal communication skil

• Perform as the Contractor's Quality Management Representative
• Responsible for the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) for the project
• Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System
• Responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System is effective in ensuring that the Contract requirements are satisfied
• Responsible for the oversight of onsite and offsite testing by the Contractor
